What Is Price Match?

At M&D Signature Jewels, our Price Match Guarantee ensures you receive the best possible price on lab-grown diamonds. If you find a comparable loose lab-grown diamond offered at a lower price by another U.S.-based retailer, we will match it—simple as that.

Because we source our lab-grown diamonds directly from diamond growers, we are able to offer highly competitive, manufacturer-level pricing across the market.

How Does Price Match Work?

Before submitting a request, please note the following:

  • Price Match applies only to loose lab-grown diamonds and is completely free to use.

  • Requests are reviewed by our full-time, non-commissioned Customer Service team, ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation.

  • To qualify, the compared diamonds must match exactly across all 4 Cs:

    • Carat Weight

    • Cut (including shape)

    • Color

    • Clarity

  • The competing diamond must be listed on a public-facing website of a legitimate U.S. retailer (not a private seller or marketplace listing).

If you believe our price is higher for the same diamond specifications, please email our Customer Service team with the competitor’s listing. If all parameters match and the competitor’s price is lower, we will honor the match—guaranteed.

Why Is Price Match Limited to Loose Diamonds?

Every finished jewelry piece is handcrafted and inherently unique. Variations in design, gold weight, dimensions, setting techniques, polishing processes, and finishing make fair comparisons between finished jewelry nearly impossible.

For this reason, Price Match is limited to loose diamonds only.
That said, our expert jewelers, precise setting standards, and strict quality control ensure that every M&D Signature Jewels piece is offered at exceptional value and craftsmanship.

Price Match Terms & Conditions

  • Applies only to loose lab-grown diamonds (including diamonds eligible for custom settings).

  • Finished jewelry and fully custom pieces are not eligible.

  • Diamonds must be identical in carat, cut, color, clarity, and shape.

  • The competing price must be:

    • Publicly visible

    • In USD

    • In stock at the time of verification

  • Marketplace aggregators, auctions, pawn shops, private sellers, and expired offers are not eligible.

  • Requests must be submitted before purchase. Post-purchase adjustments or partial refunds are not available.

  • Special promotions, bundles, rebates, gift cards, or “buy one, get one” offers are excluded.

  • Price Match cannot be combined with other M&D Signature Jewels promotions, discounts, or affiliate offers.

  • Customers must provide a direct link to the competitor’s diamond via email to our Customer Service team.

  • Review may take up to two (2) business days. If approved, a one-time coupon code matching the price will be issued via email.

  • M&D Signature Jewels reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time.
