30-Day Complimentary Returns

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • Secure packaging guidance to ensure safe transit

We recommend that all returned items be carefully packaged to protect the integrity of the piece during shipment.


Return Eligibility Requirements

  • As many of our designs are handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities, approved returns may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Partial refunds, when applicable, are determined after inspection and take into consideration craftsmanship, production costs, materials, and customization involved in creating the piece.

  • Customized, engraved, resized, or personalized pieces are generally non-refundable, as they are specially created to your specifications.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow standard processing times depending on your financial institution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are typically not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order pieces

  • Items that have been resized or altered

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
